What is a tracking request

A tracking request is created each time you request tracking for a load. Tracking requests can last from 1 to 10 days. Requests lasting 1–5 days count as 1 tracking request, while requests lasting 6–10 days count as 2 tracking requests.

How does Load Market Tracking work?

Load Market Tracking provides real-time shipment visibility from pickup to delivery.
When creating a tracking request, you choose how the shipment will be tracked: via the driver’s cellphone (mobile app) or through the carrier’s ELD.

For cellphone tracking, the driver receives a link, installs the app, and approves the tracking request.
For ELD tracking, the carrier authorizes access and tracking begins through the connected ELD provider.

How do I know if Load Market Tracking is the right choice for me?

You can try Load Market Tracking risk-free with 5 free tracking requests to test it out. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. All paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You stay because the platform delivers value, not because you’re locked in.

Is Load Market Tracking app FREE for drivers?

Yes. The Load Market Tracking app is completely free for drivers - always. There are no download fees, hidden charges, or in-app purchases.

Drivers simply receive a secure link, install the app with just a few taps, approve tracking, and they’re ready to go.

How often is GPS updated?

Location updates are provided in near real time. When tracking through the Load Market mobile app, locations are typically updated every 20 seconds. For ELD tracking, update frequency depends on how often the carrier's ELD provider reports location data.

Do carriers need special software for ELD tracking?

No. Carriers do not need to install any additional software or hardware.ELD tracking works through the carrier’s existing ELD provider once a one-time API connection is authorized.All tracking requests must still be approved by the carrier, ensuring full control over access to their ELD data.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts receive 5 one-time free tracking requests so you can test Load Market Tracking with your own drivers before choosing a subscription plan.

How are tracking requests counted?

Each tracking request counts toward your monthly plan. Requests can last from 1 to 10 days. Tracking requests lasting 1–5 days count as 1 request, while requests lasting 6–10 days count as 2.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

If you reach your monthly limit, you can upgrade your subscription at any time to continue creating new tracking requests without interruption.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Load Market runs in your web browser, so there's nothing to install. Drivers only need the Load Market app when tracking via smartphone.

Yes. You can invite your entire team to your Load Market account at no additional cost.
